Walking into Sephora is a delightful yet bustling experience. The well-lit space and warm greeting instantly put you at ease, even amidst the crowds. The Beauty studio adds a touch of luxury, and the extensive collection of colognes and perfumes, while sometimes experiencing shortages of tester bottles, remains a fragrance enthusiast's paradise. Personally, my favorite part about visiting Sephora is the wide array of men's colognes to choose from, despite the occasional unavailability of testers. It's a haven for anyone seeking the perfect scent.

Always a friendly associate ready to help and give advice. This is a super busy store but that doesn’t stop all of them from helping. We always have a great experience here. With 2 daughters we spend a lot of time at this Sephora. I’m a rouge insider and very grateful for this store.

I want to personally thank Cat (Catherine) at this location. I didn't have an appointment with Sephora but she squeezed me in to do my makeup for my wedding on 9/3/23. My makeup was beautiful and it was a pleasure to have her do my makeup. She chose the colors and I couldn't have been happier. My pictures turned out great. Thank you Cat you did an awesome job. The customer service at this location is phenomenal.

I had a scheduled appointment. I was there on time, 20 mins later I was still waiting. I was in a wheelchair, I'm overweight, but was actually there celebrating over 60lbs lost and before I had Gastric Sleeve Surgery I wanted to learn how to do my own makeup. They ignored me. Eventually they cancelled my reservation so I didn't have to pay a cancellation fee. Me and my large makeup budget will not be spending my money there.

I am a overseas customer who had business convention there, bought a lip stick, concealer and hair oil. When I traveled back to Japan and open Gucci lip stick, it's obviously used. This lip stick took out from inventory shelf, so I believed this is new. Can't believe cosmetic store does this bad hygiene management!! Additionally, at that time there's Black Friday sale but staff didn't let me apply the discount. After that I went to other Sephora in Hawaii, had better experience there. Worst shopping experience ever.

Jacqueline provides a quick and painless brow wax. I was very pleased with the results and received several compliments... I never knew Sephora was an option for waxing and will definitely consider going to Sephora at home for eyebrow maintenance.
